Michael has certainly made drastic changes to his face, but in all fairness, that range of pictures includes over 30 years of photos. Childhood pictures with afros, teenage pictures with jeri curls, and older pictures with hideous wigs. There is also a lot of effects of aging, makeup, and lighting.
I think it would be relatively easy to make a video like that with any celebrity. ;)
