TRY FOR FOUR IN A ROW?
Well, Apple (AAPL) seems to have won the court challenge by The Beatles in the UK, against it's iPod and iTunes service (via the BBC).
Steve Jobs has had a bit of a winning streak in recent weeks. Earlier this month, the French authorities backed down on their iTunes DRM stance.
And in recent days, the company successfully renegotiated contracts with several music publishers and kept the pricing of music tracks at 99 cents.
Next big thing that Apple would like to win on?
Well, successfully negotiating with several major movie companies to sell feature-length movies on iTunes would definitely be a step in the right direction.
It'd really help kick off the launch of the next, larger version of the video iPod expected shortly.
Now that would be a winning streak.
