FLY ME TO THE MOON

I've posted on Google's cool logos for special days before, but the one today had me scratching my head...

Until I clicked on it, and it sent me to the moon!

Who knew today was the anniversary of the first human steps on the moon?  I was a kid when I first saw the unforgettable, grainy, black and white images on the TV screen, and it cemented my love for all matters space related.

Thanks Google for reminding us, and for the cool map marking the sites of the various Apollo landings.  Not to mention answers to possible questions about Google Moon.

I wanted to make sure you didn't miss the trip.
