Same experience - left Ipod on flight 1578 from Dallas to St. Louis on 104. American Airlines' website says to call the airport (which one did the plane go to after it dropped us off? It is a small item - it could still be in the pocket two days later). Voicemail says they'll call back if and only if they find it (I doubt it). The ipod was even inscribed with my full name.

I dashed off an email to investor relations in the hopes that they would pass the note along to someone who might know someone who might know who is in charge of lost and found (that's what would likely happen at my company), but the other posts here suggest that there actually is no lost and found. Ugh.
